fix(uploads): compatibilité Windows pour l'upload multi-fichiers

- Remplace /tmp/uploads par os.tmpdir() (cross-platform)
- Ajoute node_modules/.bin au PATH des commandes bundle asyncapi/redocly
- Supprime la déclaration en double de execFileAsync
