fix(uploads): bundling AsyncAPI multi-fichiers sans appel réseau

- Ajout @asyncapi/bundler@0.9.0 en dépendance locale
- Remplace execFile('asyncapi bundle') par l'API programmatique
- redocly bundle conservé pour OpenAPI (pas de pb réseau)
